Under no circumstances should you try to troubleshoot or make alterations your electrical system on your own. You should appoint an electrician who is suitably qualified and insured to undertake such troubleshooting or alterations. Both for your personal safety and the safety of the property.
The person booking the work is responsible for payment when due. If you don't own the property, you would have to make arrangements to claim costs back from the landlord yourself. Before booking work, you should check the landlord is happy to go ahead with any supplied estimate.

Working hours are 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
No weekends are not worked as a norm. However should a job require out of hours working, this can be accommodated at an additional cost.
